Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from Sir J. J. College of Architecture,
                    Bombay University, India
Varsha worked as an Architectural Assistant in Bombay for 3 years with a leading practice in architecture / interior design. She moved to England in 1982 and worked in a Cambridge based architectural practice.  Varsha has been exhibiting her watercolour paintings since 2001. She uses the medium of watercolour in her work, often incorporating her unique style of paper cutting. This creates a three dimensional effect within her paintings. She utilizes her architectural background to draw ideas for her artwork, focusing on Indian as well as Western Architectural monuments, studying their details, styles and atmosphere. She paints buildings, giving particular attention to detail. Recently, she has started working in ink as well.
